Shipping & Returns
We do our best to make sure that you receive the correct item that you purchased the first time. If we make a mistake and you have received an incorrect item we will make it right with No Hassle on your end. Just Contact Us to let us know of the issue!
We offer every customer our Hassle-free 30 Day Returns. If you purchased the wrong item, the wrong size, or if you are just not satisfied with your item you can return it for a full refund.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include the original box, packaging, or tags on the item. Electrical parts that are removed from the original packaging are not returnable.
- Returned items should have no signs of usage whatsoever, no signs of installation, or have any alterations.
- We accept returns for a 30 day period from when the item was delivered to you (shown by tracking confirmation).
- Shipping costs for returned items is the sole responsibility of you the buyer. We highly recommend shipping with a service that provides tracking information to be sure that your return item is delivered properly.
- Returned items will be refunded by the same method that payment was received.
- Returned items are checked in within the same window as handling time for that item (usually 1-2 business days).
- Refunds will be issued as soon as the returned item is inspected by our team. Please note that refunds may take from 1-10 business days to show in your account depending on your bank and payment method.
- If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, and give you an Return Authorization number to write on the return box.

We are happy to exchange a product for you! Please note that exchanges are treated like returns. Please obtain an RA# from us and return the unwanted item. You can then purchase the correct item. This ensures the fastest service and the best documentation for you.
We are able to ship most products worldwide. Currently, we offer customers in the continental 48 US states free shipping on all of our items. HI and AK customers are encouraged to obtain a shipping quote from us. International customers must contact us for a shipping quote. Please Contact Us and we will provide our best shipping quote.
Most manufacturers offer warranties on merchandise. We are happy to assist you in knowing the warranty for your particular item. Rullo Custom Cycles does not offer any direct warranty on other manufacturers' products whatsoever. We do warranty our products on a case by case basis. Final drive and primary drive belts are not warrantied. Please Contact Us with any warranty needs.
Catalog and Pricing Errors
We do our best to maintain accurate product descriptions, data, and pricing. However, due to our large catalog of parts that we offer our customers, from time to time errors may occur. We encourage our customers to Contact Us to clarify any uncertainty or to bring an error to our attention. We reserve the right to correct any errors or to cancel a transaction where pricing is deemed inaccurate.
