This 21" x 20.15" super narrow mini drum chrome wheel has always been a favorite among chopper builders. This has a "hill holder" mini drum which provides a good method of keeping the bike from rolling when at a stop sign or light. This has 3/4" sealed bearings already installed. Narrow 21" tires (like 80/90-21) can be installed with a tube on this 40 spoke wheel.
