This rubber boot replaces Harley 70578-89. It fits Harley Softail models from 1991-2017 and may fit other models that have a positive battery lug on the starter. This will fit over 4 gauge and similar size wire. We use these to protect that wire from making contact with an oil tank or other part that would cause an unwanted arcing situation.
